This lady is so sweet. Ms Caprice helped me get my unit. This was beyond customer service, this was a act of kindness 🙏. My dad asked her was she married. She still kept it professional.

Best kept storage facility secret in Huntsville! Located on Wynn Drive between University and Holmes drive behind Chic-fil-A Jackie the manager is the best!! They are way cheaper than U- Haul storage! Come check out this new and clear facility I’m 100% pleased!!!

Julie is amazing! I was a dumbie and drove 2 hours with a loaded trailer and forgot my lock key. She helped me get the lock cut off and the office had a new one I could purchase with a combination code instead! This storage center is really clean and super simple to rent a new unit. Plus they have great prices!
