5/5 Stars — Outstanding Service! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Storage Center, thanks to Michelle! Getting into our unit was completely flawless. The unit itself was spotless and easy to access, but Michelle truly went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Over the span of two days while we were moving in, she checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. She even made sure we stayed hydrated and refreshed with ice-cold water and Dr Pepper! That level of kindness, care, and genuine hospitality is so rare to find. I would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle, for making a stressful process so easy!
I had a great experience with 320 cities service hwy The Storage Center! The staff was very friendly ,helpful, and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean, well maintained and very accessible! my unit was on the second floor, but getting my belongings upstairs was much easier than I expected. They carts available to use and the elevator is very large, which made moving everything so easy! I also really appreciated the security. there is a combination code to enter the facility the same for the elevator and the lock for my individual storage space. knowing that my belongings has several layers of security gives me peace of mind! Another big plus is that the insurance is included in the cost, making the storage center affordable and an easy choice for me! Overall I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend 320 cities service hwy sulphur Storage Center to anyone looking for a clean, secure, affordable, and convenient place to store belongings!!!

In regards to customer service I would say this is probably the best I’ve gotta from an establishment. Right after I got my unit booked online I received a call as soon as the office opened where they offered to go over how the system works, showing me to my unit, helping me alter my code to be shorter/easier to memorize. I also received a message from them when I forgot to put my lock on my unit, notifying me that they would check on it everyday for a week and if on the 7th day I still forgot to come lock it up they would provide me with a lock (for a small fee) to ensure my unit was secure. They even offered cold water and popsicles since moving heavy equipment in this heat can give you heat exhaustion. Overall great service. If there was one thing I could recommend to make better is not necessarily service based, but the way the driveway is set up makes it really hard to get back out when towing trailers, if the corporate team could eventually find the time and budget to add a paved extension so trailers can loop around instead of having to shimmy with your vehicle for 20 minutes to get it good enough to turn around without hitting the building or other vehicles that would be great.

Michelle greeted me as soon as she saw me open the door. Super helpful. Showed us where our storage unit was and even kept the doors open so it made us unloading 100% faster! I LOVE this location more than the one inside L.C and didn’t even know it was open yet til we showed up to rent our storage unit!
